Alan, a paraplegic, is the subject of this site.
Alan was born in 1965 and paralysed in an RTA in 1990. He now feels most alive when he is pushing the limits in his chosen sports. He finds them the perfect antidote to the day to day trials and tribulations associated with paraplegia - especially to the pain.
