Water Skiing
A great sport to do in Summer when the wind is light.
Although Alan hasn't skied for over 15 years, he was in the British Disabled Ski Team in the early 1990s.
In October 1992, he competed in the European Championships in Jordan, winning the jump and getting silver in the tricks.
He was also in the British Team for the World Championships in France in 1993, helping the team to a silver medal.
